Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with DFW Discuss. Many of our products are made to order, so please review the information below before placing your order.
Order Processing
Most DFW Discuss products are made specifically for each customer after an order is placed.
Please allow approximately 2–5 business days for your order to be produced, processed, and prepared for shipment.
Processing times may be longer during holidays, sales, product launches, or periods of high order volume.
Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays.
United States Shipping Options
After your order has been produced and shipped, the following estimated delivery options may be available at checkout:
- Economy Shipping: Approximately 4–8 business days
- Standard Shipping: Approximately 2–5 business days, when available
- Express Shipping: Approximately 2–3 business days, when available
Shipping prices are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the product, order size, delivery address, and selected shipping method.
Express shipping only shortens the carrier delivery time. It does not eliminate the production and processing period required before the order ships.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available on select products.
Estimated international delivery time is approximately 10–30 business days after production, depending on the destination and shipping carrier.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by their country.
DFW Discuss does not control customs fees or international processing delays.
Estimated Delivery Times
All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Orders may be delayed because of:
- Carrier service disruptions
- Severe weather
- Holidays
- High order volume
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Customs processing
- Other circumstances outside our control
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after your shipping confirmation is sent.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If you notice an error in your address, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered production or shipped.
DFW Discuss is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Additional shipping charges may apply if an order is returned and must be shipped again.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by that carrier.
If your tracking information shows that your package is delayed, please contact the carrier for the most current delivery update.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please:
- Check around your home, mailbox, porch, and delivery area.
- Ask household members or nearby neighbors.
- Contact the shipping carrier.
- Contact DFW Discuss if additional assistance is needed.
DFW Discuss is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered. However, we will do our best to help review the tracking information.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the problem
- Clear photographs of the product
- Clear photographs of the packaging, when applicable
After reviewing the issue, we may provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution.
Multiple Shipments
Products in the same order may occasionally be shipped separately if they are produced at different fulfillment facilities.
If this happens, you may receive more than one package and separate tracking information.
